This work is the fruit of Luis Cláudio S. Frade's passion for the theme of innovation. Which made him engage in its elaboration, convincing other enthusiasts of the theme in various specific areas, people with vast knowledge, but also with much practical experience, which allowed for a broad scope of the various aspects of the regulatory framework, planning, and actors of innovation in Brazil.

The project was built by many hands: there are 47 experienced co-authors and specialists in innovation, with activities in companies, ICTs, academia, and the Government.
Recently launched at the end of 2024, the work is composed of 16 chapters, filled with different opinions and points of view
